Key Account Executive (Melaka) at Carlsberg Group.
Position available : 1 in Melaka. Responsible for delivering sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets / customers for stores.
- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets / customers, recommend win‑win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies.
- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
- Work closely with Marketing to execute top‑notch promotions and activation.
- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability.
- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment.Fluent in written & spoken English.Highly passionate about sales; proven track record is best.Good understanding of different sales techniques.Strong communication, negotiation / influencing and interpersonal skills.Driven, outgoing and self‑starter.Comfortable with numbers and IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc).Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage.Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred.Job Details
