Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules. A self-starter, detail-conscious, thorough, and able to work independently. Head of Interior Design at TAHPI PTY LTD
Looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead, work independently, adaptable, and must be good at multi-tasking, with confidence in presentation, communication, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large scale projects.
The Senior Designer will be driving and leading in all aspects of design development, sourcing, meeting preparation and preparing technical drawings.
Interested in working on Healthcare and Agecare projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design team and preparing of design & material presentation.
- Attend all Client, consultant & technical meetings for projects.
- Provide high-quality documentation / drawings and detailing.
- Selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor / window coverings, materials and finishes-(FF&E).
- To inspect, monitor and verify on-site all aspects related to interior design scope in ensuring a smooth completion of the project.
