We are a premium importer and supplier of fresh Japanese meats and seafood, delivering top-quality ingredients to Malaysia's discerning culinary market.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Merchandiser to manage and grow our presence across retail outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, and wholesalers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Visit assigned retail outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, and wholesalers to build, maintain relationships, promote, and replenish AGC products.
• Coordinate with marketing team to execute in‑store promotional activities, product sampling, and roadshows.
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel
• Monitor Inventory levels and generate sales reports
• Merchandising & Display : Set up point‑of‑sale displays, maintain brand standards, and ensure correct shelf placements.
• Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification

Possess own transport & valid driving license

Have an interest in Food Supply and F&B industry

1–3 years proven FMCG / Food Supply merchandising experience is an advantage

Ability to meeting / exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication skills(spoken and written) in Malay and English (Chinese language is an added advantage)

Self‑motivated, energetic, able to work independently and travel within assigned areas.

Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling (day shifts, some weekends for promotional activities).

Job Type : Full-time

Starting Salary : RM – RM per month (based on experience & performance)
