Company Background :

Our client is Chinas largest private industrial lubricant producer. With global production bases and strong R&D, the Malaysia unit headquartered in Kuala Lumpur with a factory in Klang - specializes in industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, greases, cleaners, and surface treatment chemicals, serving industries such as 3C, home appliances, semiconductors, automotive, engineering machinery, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.).

Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and support management in HR planning and decision-making.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2-3 years of HR working experience.

Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range : Basic RM4.5k - RM5.5k, + Fixed Allowances can up to RM7.2k
