Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all in-house positions across various departments.
Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company’s culture and goals.
Manage job postings on multiple platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media).
KOL, Influencer & IP Hiring
Recruit and coordinate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and IP talents for company campaigns.
Support internal marketing and creative teams with talent matching and onboarding.
Build and maintain a database of talents for future collaborations.
Recruitment Process Management
Prepare job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation forms.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires in coordination with HR operations.
Employer Branding & Team Growth
Promote a positive employer image through creative hiring campaigns and social media presence.
Contribute ideas to attract quality candidates who align with company culture.
Participate in career fairs or online hiring events when needed.
Work closely with management and department heads to align manpower planning.
Provide monthly recruitment updates and improvement suggestions.
Support HR team in staff engagement or training initiatives when required.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Executive, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Familiar with using recruitment platforms and social media sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking candidates and teams.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
