SAP SD Business Analyst

Technology Consulting - SAP Functional Consultant, Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

Ideal candidate with strong hands‑on experience in SAP SD, and a good understanding of related modules and technical concepts. Mandarin language proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including MM, FI, and ABAP.
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., EDI, APIs).
• Support business processes such as intercompany billing, consignment, and order‑to‑cash (OTC).
• Perform functional testing and assist in UAT and training.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on SAP SD best practices.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing, training, and competency development initiatives.
