OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist / Manager to architect the operational backbone of our OSL Pay division, ensuring a world-class experience for our merchants and driving the adoption of crypto payments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end merchant lifecycle, from technical integration and launch to ongoing growth strategy and optimization.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and service quality at scale.
- Act as the central point for resolving complex merchant issues, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure swift resolution.
