The Role

As a Product Development Executive, you will :

• To generate innovative product ideas aligned with our overall product strategy.
• To analyze competitor products to gain insights into market trends and consumer preferences.
• To work closely with the supplier on product sample improvement and development.
• To organize and conduct internal sensory and functionality assessments for new products.
• To collaborate with designers and photographers on product packaging design and photoshooting, submitting detailed reports for managing director approval.
• To refine and optimize product formulas, packaging, and sensory experiences by leveraging consumer feedback.
• To ensure product labels comply with food regulations in both Malaysia and Singapore.
• To lead performance reviews for newly launched products, ensuring the continuity of quality, sales performance, and design standards.
• To maintain clear and effective communication across purchasing, design, marketing, and retail operation departments.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

Location : Eco Business Park 1, Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru.
