Job Overview

As our Information Technology Procurement Manager, focusing on IT & Product, you will be the strategic partner to our sourcing team. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver procurement solutions supporting our tech infrastructure, digital platforms, and product innovation.

• Lead sourcing strategies for IT systems, software, network infrastructure, and product‑related services that align with TIME dotCom's goals.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to co‑develop procurement strategies that support innovation, scalability, and business growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions through procurement insights, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
• Use advanced analytics, spend data, and market trends to uncover opportunities for cost optimisation, supplier innovation, and long‑term value creation, reflecting best practices in leading global tech environments.
• Own the end‑to‑end tender process from RFX to contract negotiation ensuring compliance, transparency, and maximum value.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
