SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for achieving revenue growth and profit targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Oversee the performance and development of the distributor.
• Develop, establish, and maintain profitable relationships with potential customers and existing subsidiaries, ensuring timely revenue collection.
• Create a business plan and market strategy to secure sales and profit targets.
• Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommending and implementing appropriate pricing and distribution strategies to achieve desired sales and profit results.
• Provide sales forecasts, development plans, and product diversification.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations (quality, quantity, access, and punctuality).
• Execute additional tasks as required by management.
