Job Scope / Responsibilities :
Shop Operations
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth running.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels of products, packaging, and supplies; coordinate with HQ for replenishment.
Sales & Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.Upsell and promote products.Team Management
Supervise shop assistants and cashier staff.Arrange staff schedules and manage attendance.Guide, train, and motivate team members to deliver good service.Cash & Inventory Handling
Oversee cash handling and ensure daily sales are balanced.Verify cash deposit and reporting to accounts / management.Monitor product wastage and control shop losses.Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily / weekly sales and operations reports.Communicate with management regarding shop needs, issues, and updates.Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed by the team.Job Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification or equivalent.At least 2–3 years of retail / F&B supervisory experience (bakery, café, restaurant, or similar).Strong leadership and people management skills.Good communication and customer service skills.Basic knowledge of cash handling, reporting, and inventory control.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Responsible, reliable, and hands-on in daily shop operations.Basic computer skills (POS system, Microsoft Excel / Word) will be an advantage.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
