Overview We're seeking a proactive, results-driven freelance SDR to own the top of the sales funnel, responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, initiating outreach, and nurturing potential clients.
Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, etc.)
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
Qualify leads based on their requirements & buying intent
Hit weekly or daily lead volume targets to ensure a consistent pipeline flow
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and notes in our CRM
What You’ll Need
1–3 years in lead generation, business development, or sales support (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable using CRMs and outreach tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven with a hunger to exceed targets and drive meaningful impact
Must commit to working from our KL office at least
days per week
This is freelance, but we need reliability and dedication as if you're part of the core team
