Overview
Manufacturing Process Engineer role at Texas Instruments involves supporting production flow, problem-solving, and process ramp-up in a leading semiconductor company.
Responsibilities
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in high-volume Assembly Test Manufacturing
- Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings to engineering staff continuously
- Support manufacturing ramp-up with equipment / process startup and process experiments (SWRs)
- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fieldStrong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategiesFresh graduate or less than 2 years relevant working experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively across functionsStrong time management skills for on-time project deliveryAbility to build strong, influential relationshipsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentInitiative and drive for resultsCompensation & Benefits
