Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or system platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the preparation and tracking of shipment documentation (invoices, delivery orders, airway bills, etc.).
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Update customers on shipment status, delays, or changes, ensuring proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with shipment and service details.
- Assist in resolving service issues and escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Prepare simple reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- Learn and apply company systems, processes, and logistics workflows.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about logistics operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Job Type : Full-time
