Responsibilities

- Negotiate pricing and promotional activities with business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategy as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts on overall company goals.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high level of customer focus.
