Accounts Assistant (4 months contract)

Penerangan pekerjaanApplicants must possess at least SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have basic knowledge of financial and accounting procedures. Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently. Able to start work during 1 December 2025 until 31 March 2026. Contract position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
Responsibilities
- Assist in routine accounting operations including prepare monthly payments, issue e-invoices and filing.
- Prepare coding for suppliers’ invoices, staff claims, fund transfers, inter-company e-invoices / Debit Advice (DA) / Credit Advice (CA) on timely basis.
- Generate payment vouchers for Accounts Payable (AP) and non-AP payments and process payments on timely basis.
- Issue e-invoices / DA / CA on intercompany transactions on timely basis.
- Assist in the filing of company documents on timely basis.
- Assist in the preparation of information required on ad-hoc basis.
