Job Title : Sales Development Representative (Lead Scrubbing)

Summary : The sales development representative will be responsible for scrubbing and enriching leads across regions for the Sales Development team. The representative will work with the team to develop and implement lead scrubbing processes and procedures which involve identifying and removing inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant leads from the database. In addition, the representative will evaluate and use various tools to enrich lead data with information such as contact details, job title and industry to drive higher contact rates.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement lead scrubbing processes and procedures.
• Review and clean lead data to remove inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant leads.
• Work with the Sales Development team to identify and address lead quality issues.
• Track and report on lead scrubbing metrics.
• Enrich lead data with additional information such as job title, company name, and industry etc.
• Collaborate with other members of the Sales Development team to ensure that leads are qualified and ready for outreach.
