Proton Service Advisor

Your Role

Join us as the first point of contact for our customers! As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our Proton Service Centre — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their vehicles are well taken care of from check-in to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with service bookings & walk-ins.
• Advise on repairs, maintenance, and aftersales products.
• Prepare job orders & coordinate with workshop technicians.
• Keep customers updated on progress and delivery times.
