Contract Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible to work out project budget, bill of quantities, cost estimation, evaluation, analysis. To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner. To liaise with the Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers on all matters pertaining to QS services. To source for potential supplier / sub-contractor to submit quotation / proposal according to tender requirements. Understanding types of contractual agreement & building procurement. Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim and variation order to ensure within project budget. Perform quantity take-off when required re-measurement for final account purposes. Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent. Will be added advantage with procurement background (establish supplier sources and exploring new suppliers, wastage & usage analysis, material data analysis, monitor & control materials. Knowledge in Fire Protection, Alarm Detection, ACMV / HVAC, Lift Installation System, Sanitary Plumbing, Cold Water Plumbing, building ventilation system will be added advantages. Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
