Senior Contract Executive

What you'll be doing?

• Project oversight : Handle quantity surveying responsibilities throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion.
• Financial management : Prepare cost breakdowns, project tenders, and budget plans, as well as manage progress claims and final accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Stakeholder engagement : Attend key meetings, including tender interviews, site valuations, and negotiations with clients or main contractors on project-related matters.
• Subcontractor management : Negotiate pricing and award sub-contracts, ensuring optimal value for the company.
• Team coordination : Work closely with site personnel to monitor work progress and status, fostering effective communication across project teams.
