Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services within deadlines. Good command of English and Malay (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking highly motivated lawyers (Corporate & Commercial) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist partners in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements across multiple practice areas, including corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Prepare legal opinions, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents to support ongoing client matters.
- Conduct due diligence exercises, including documents review and preparation of due diligence reports for corporate transactions.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities and other external parties.
- Collaborate with the legal team to support client matters, contribute to legal strategy discussions and develop effective legal solutions.
- To support in legal marketing initiatives including preparing business proposals, writing articles and engaging in client outreach activities.
