The opportunity
Our diverse team has advised on some of our largest and most complex infrastructure projects and asset management contracts, working side by side with governments and the private sector to provide impactful advice and advisory services. You will be part of a dynamic and energetic team, with the opportunity to grow problem-solving and advisory capabilities while learning innovative approaches to address the infrastructure agenda in projects covering digital, sustainability, transport, energy and utilities.
We work on some of the highest profile and most important strategic infrastructure projects and contribute across the infrastructure lifecycle. This includes :
- policy development and strategy
- business case development
- economic, financial and commercial analysis
- project and programme delivery and assurance services
- strategic and digital transformation
- taking transactions to market and supporting transaction evaluation, negotiation, execution and contract management

Your Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee research to inform infrastructure policy development and key market trends. Tasks may include gathering insights from international case studies, collating and analysing data, and supporting the organisation of training programs and eventsDevelop clear, well-written reports and presentations to help clients understand complex problemsAssist with the preparation of commercial and financial analysis for project feasibility studies, including business model or structure development, risk analysis, financial flows and key assumptionsSupport procurement and transaction advisory for clients on major infrastructure projects and transactions, including public-private partnershipsProvide coordination support with regional EY offices, public and private sector clients, external advisors, and other stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives, events and projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor during pursuit and engagement deliverySkills And Attributes For Success

A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of work experienceMinimum of 3 years of work experience in consulting or similar nature of work; experience with infrastructure and transportation sectors is highly preferredKnowledge of PPP / PFI, concessions and acquisition and project financing structures / contracts in the infrastructure sectorUnderstanding of market trends, policy frameworks, and regulatory environments in infrastructure sectorsExperience in project and programme management, developing procurement strategies and commercial models, contract management, stakeholder management and risk & value managementFamiliarity with infrastructure development processes, financing mechanisms, and delivery models (e.g., PPP, EPC)Sound commercial judgment and ability to generate creative solutions to problemsIdeally, you’ll also have
Client-facing experience from a professional services background and ability to anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutionsGood understanding of government and / or private infrastructure projects, procurement models, funding models, contracting approaches, and project delivery issuesWhat We Look For
