Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Finance, Information System, or a related field. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loan processing, or financial systems support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to assist en users, troubleshooting and resolving application errors or workflow issues. Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously. Experience in SQL, credit or collection systems is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBIITIES
- Work collaboratively with IT, business partners and vendors to support and enhance financial applications effectively and efficiently.
- Providing technical guidance and support to users on application functionalities and workflows.
- Perform first level impact assessment, evaluate the feasibility of change requests.
- Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows and decisioning rules.
- Follow up closely with vendors and system providers in resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users and conduct UAT on fixes and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in application processes.
