CONTRACT MANAGER / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Overview
Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for quantity measurement and pricing for new tender projects, coordinating subcontractor and supplier quotations, and ensuring financial and contractual integrity across projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage quantity measurement for new tender projects.
- Prepare budgeting and costing for all projects and perform quantity checking.
- Prepare pricing for tenders and obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Plan and coordinate selection of potential subcontractors for new projects.
- Value progress claims and subcontractor claims.
- Check discrepancies between Architect drawings and Structural drawings.
- Verify that structures or buildings comply with client specifications.
- Attend employer and consultant meetings, and main contractor site meetings regarding work progress and site issues.
- Perform any other job function assigned by the head of department.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the construction industry.Required Skill : AUTOCADPreferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Proficiency in local tendering of highrise and factory project experience is strongly encouraged to apply.Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timelines.Able to work independently with minimum guidance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
