end-to-end product lifecycle , from strategy and ideation to delivery and growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and launch features that drive user engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's mission Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user behavior to uncover new opportunities End-to-End Lifecycle Management Own the product development process from ideation to launch Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution User-Centric Design Translate user insights into actionable product features Champion exceptional UX across both mobile and web platforms Stakeholder Alignment Act as the bridge between business, design, and technical teams Provide regular updates, reports, and business cases to senior management Maintain a well-prioritized backlog balancing strategic goals, technical debt, and customer requests Partner with engineering to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage sprints Experiment with innovative fintech features, such as AI-powered recommendations Support monetization strategies, partner integrations, and go-to-market planning Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years in Product Management, ideally in fast-paced environments Proven experience with APIs and Agile methodologies Track record managing mobile and web applications Preferred Experience in B2C fintech products Background in startup environments Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar Who You Are Strategic thinker with a bias for action Clear communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders Data-driven, with a strong focus on user experience Curious, adaptable, and passionate about building products that improve lives What We Offer Opportunity to shape a fast-growing fintech platform Collaborative, high-performance culture with cross-functional exposure Competitive compensation and benefits The chance to make a real impact on financial literacy and empowerment
