Junior Accounts / Accounts Executive - Corporate Finance

Reporting to the Group Chief Accountant, the Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive’s responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded properly.
- Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadlines delivered on time.
- Prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
- Prepare year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
- Handle AR & AP area of works together with accounts assistant and support as needed.
- Liaise with banker for all banking matters.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agent for all financial year audit and tax matters.
- Liaise with company secretary for all statutory filing matters.
- Handle ad‑hoc assignments as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance from a recognized institution or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with working knowledge of computerized accounting systems preferably Navision.Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in handling accounts receivable and payable.Possess high integrity and good analytical skills.Strong communicator for both written and oral.Excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi‑task.Able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Company Overview
