Assistant Supervisor - Production

This job opening is open for locations : Seri Kembangan, Selangor & Seelong, Johor

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and managing workforce to ensure production / casting schedule has been followed and target was achieved satisfactorily.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently.
• Supervision and working closely with QA / QC department in maintaining a good quality of products.
• Identify root causes of production problems and develop corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with store / purchasing staffs to ensure raw materials & cast in items are available according to the schedule.
• Preparing daily casting report / toolbox meeting.
• To ensure workers are adequately trained up to perform their works.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at production floor.
• Identify and report unsafe practices in the production floor. Ensuring company safety rules and regulations are implemented.

Requirements

Working Location : Beranang, Selangor AND Seelong, Johor.
