Overview

• Manage and maintain all production facilities, including BRC machine, batching plant, and precast yard.
• Optimize production processes, logistics, and output efficiency to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and ensure timely restocking.
• Implement and oversee efficient stacking, handling, and storage of precast elements.
• Plan and execute machinery maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Train and supervise foreign workers on safe and proper operations.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout all production processes.
