The Onshore Systems Supervisor will lead a team of Systems, Measurement, and Metering Specialists, overseeing the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of all programmable control, safety, and metering systems within onshore operational assets. The role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership to ensure system integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all control and metering systems across onshore assets, ensuring full compliance with safety-critical maintenance requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to company procedures and industry standards, verifying that all maintenance activities meet established quality benchmarks.
• Uphold the organisation’s HSE standards, addressing and reporting any non-compliance, and recommending improvements where necessary.
• Plan and coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, ensuring proper prioritisation and collaboration with other technical teams and departments.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support, sharing expertise with the team to strengthen overall capability and problem-solving efficiency.
• Ensure all system modifications and upgrades are implemented in line with the company’s Management of Change (MoC) protocols.
• Act as deputy for the Maintenance Superintendent during periods of absence, including participation in meetings and decision-making processes.
• Support the maintenance engineer with procurement planning, ensuring timely ordering of spare parts, adequate stock levels, and adherence to quality specifications.
