Project Coordinator - English- Singapore

Qualifications

• University Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years in Project Management Experience, preferably in a global setting.
• Experience working in the automotive industry or with high-profile clients preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate effective communication.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the operations team in APAC.

Coordinate project activities between Client’s APAC team and the operations team in APAC.

Facilitate regular communication between the client and the operations team through meetings, emails, and reports.

Provide support to any escalations from the operations team in APAC by working with Client APAC.

Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they understand client expectations and project requirements.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
