The Role : Our Kulim site is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, developing and implementing effective solutions, and assessing equipment conditions to support the plant’s business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include pneumatic systems, maintenance assemblies, multidosing systems, baking and curing equipment, testing equipment, and SAP system management.Lead, develop, train, and assess Maintenance Technicians in executing daily tasks, managing work schedules, performing maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for machinery, equipment, and auxiliary systems to support plant business objectives. Maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with ISO standards and requirements. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on pneumatic systems, mechatronics, PLCs, and electrical components. Prior role as a Preventive Maintenance Engineer is highly desirable. Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of PLC systems. Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, particularly in managing plant equipment data and maintenance activities.
