Payroll Specialist (AU & NZ)

Overview

Senior Recruiter at DPE Global Services Centre (Malaysia) for Domino’s Pizza Enterprise. The role focuses on supporting the AU & NZ Franchise Partners in payroll-related recruitment operations and corporate services within a shared services environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide reports and upload files to support franchisees as needed and directed.
• Maintain in-house time and attendance program.
• Maintain databases including contracted hours, shifts, new starters, and terminations.
• Check international employee visa rights.
• Respond to payroll and related queries from staff and external companies in a timely manner via email.
• Assist the onshore Team and DBS (Domino’s Bookkeeping Services) team with payroll reconciliation items and end-of-financial-year tasks.
• Complete Centrelink Separation Certificates and Work Details forms.
• Manage payroll maintenance including superannuation and leave details; timely actioning of returned super and disbursement of contributions to correct funds.
• Assist with Month End procedures.
• Aid the AU Payroll Officer in all aspects of the team’s work.
• Maintain employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations information.
• Ad hoc tasks as requested.
