Ensure timely issuance and replenishment of guest room supplies, and ensure all housekeeping inventory is properly managed and updated in the system.
Maintain proper control of all housekeeping and laundry inventories.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for review by the Head of Department (HOD).
Check the quality, quantity, and expiry dates of all guest room items.
Verify that all items received match the purchase order and delivery note.
Reject and report any damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality items.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement, invoices, and consumption reports.
Keep all storage areas clean, organised, and compliant with hotel hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure all items are properly arranged, labelled, and stored systematically for easy in-and-out movement.
Maintain a proper list of all incoming and outgoing stock and update records accordingly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper upkeep and inventory rotation.
Ensure all store requisitions are approved and quantities issued match the requests.
Record and update all item movements promptly in the inventory record.
Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and other departments for smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock levels and inform the HOD of any shortages or overstock.
Support the department in ensuring cost efficiency and minimal wastage.
Perform any other duties as requested by Management from time to time.
