Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels like social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Implement a tracking system to monitor growing and dropping items.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including online marketplaces, and social media channels.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost online sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them to enhance the company's online presence.
- Lead the content strategy for each platform, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, campaign themes, and seasonal opportunities.
- Develop and implement winning strategies for Shopee & Lazada to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track campaign ROI, audience engagement, and sales impact, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Plan, brief, and oversee production of engaging product videos, livestream scripts, product descriptions, and promotionalcreatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Fluent in English, Mandarin (advantage), and Bahasa.Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel and Word confidently.Sales experience will be an advantage.Fresh graduate(s) are encouraging to apply.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
