Responsibilities
- Add expected salary to your profile for insights
- To receive daily deliveries from the suppliers.
- To ensure stocks being arranged or kept in orderly and safe way.
- To arrange and issue material to production floor based on journal
- To update the inventory system.
- To continuously improve in document to reduce discrepancies and cost.
- To execute the store department procedure are properly adhered.
- To practice 5S Good House Keeping.
- To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- To ensure inventory are always accurate
- To coordinate & record parts out to or from QC (block items) in excel file & AX system.
- To create internal DO for parts return to supplier and compile monthly summary.
- To receive, record and communicate with PR requestor for consumables item.
