As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Freelance Logistics Admin to support our logistics team in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer and logistics data
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues as needed while following internal SOPs
- Assist in tracking shipments, scheduling deliveries, and preparing reports
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification : Diploma in any fieldStrong proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written)Prior experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is an advantageTech-savvy with good command of Microsoft Office and computer operationsAble to work independently, multitask, and handle pressureJob Type
