Job Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service and solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of high-performing team members who embody the company values and culture.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and employment standards, maintaining ethical business practices at all times.
