Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, quality and / or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Highly motivated, passionate and collaberative with an ability to work remotely.
• Practical knowledge international industry quality standards including as appropriate AS9000 series, ISO13485, AITF16949, FDA, VDA etc.
• Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly, as well as a wide range of manufacturing processes.
• Extensive experience with conducting quality audits. Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, able to lead a team to apply root cause analysis and corrective action, using 8D process and formal quality tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Quality Tools including APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, SPC and Gage
• Understanding of GD&T and of control of Key / Critical characteristics.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible and cooperative approach when working in teams.
• Lean Six Sigma qualified belt is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to travel 25%-50%.
