Responsibilities
- Property Sales : Sell company\'s residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
- Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
- Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.
Job Requirements
Education : SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.Experience : At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.Market Knowledge : Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations.Customer Service : Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, Canva, CapCut.Self-Motivated : Able to work independently and manage time effectively.Team Player : Good team collaboration skills and able to work with other departments.Flexibility : Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.Mobility : Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required by superior.Commitment : Required to attend meetings and training sessions at the headquarters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
