YOUR ROLE AS A
Assistant Manager, Social Enterprise at AirAsia Foundation means you’re the creative force and project driver behind our mission to uplift communities. From rolling out innovative initiatives to building partnerships and delivering inspiring events, you’ll turn big ideas into reality, all while raising the Foundation’s visibility across Asean. WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION
- Design, manage, and execute innovative projects that showcase the Foundation’s impact and mission, elevating the Foundation’s visibility.
- Plan and deliver engaging events, workshops and community programmes from start to finish.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with social enterprises, organisations and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement creative ideas with strategic thinking to engage audiences and enhance the Foundation’s presence and brand. Highlight the Foundation’s work, sustainability efforts or social impact stories that align with AirAsia’s business priorities.
- Strengthen the visibility of the grant programmes and other activities of the Foundation through the Foundation’s communication channels and via AirAsia’s channels.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, from idea to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Support the Foundation’s grant-making activities and the Destination GOOD social enterprise shop activities
- Support the humanitarian and fundraising activities when needed
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in social sciences, business, project management, event management, design , communications or related fields.Four years of relevant work experience in project management, event management, partnerships, or related roles (startup or fast-paced environment a plus).Highly creative, with the ability to turn fresh ideas into real-world impact and strong storytelling skills.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Strategic thinker with excellent project execution skills, able to multitask and thrive under tight timelines.Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven in dynamic environments.Independent and proactive in planning and managing tasks, collaborative when needed.Energetic, adaptable, and excited to work in a role where no two days look the same.Proficient in using Google Suite Applications.WHERE YOU’LL GO
