Human Resources Executive
Location : LKK Global WP. Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Executive to execute our HR strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent while cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform and ensure all daily Human Resources operational activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and retention.
- Assist in data entry and reach out to applicants for pre‑screening.
- Provide administration support within recruitment function, i.e. filing of candidate’s records and updating candidate’s personal data on a timely basis.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement activities approved by the Management.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.Possess 1‑2 years of working experience in Human Resources or a related field.Maintain a high level of confidentiality, commitment and integrity.Possess good analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as a team.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides.Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, Trade Union Act and Collective Agreement process.Passionate about unlocking the performance potential of our team.What will you be joining?
