The Project Engineer, Clerk of Works (M&E) will supervise mechanical and electrical installations on-site, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves monitoring contractors’ work, verifying materials and workmanship, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and ensuring timely completion of M&E works.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise M&E works on-site to ensure alignment with approved design, specifications, and industry standards.
• Inspect installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for quality assurance.
• Verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship meet contractual and safety requirements.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure functionality.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical discrepancies.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports on progress, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of M&E works without compromising safety or quality.
