Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions including verifying, coding and preparing payments.
Update daily cash flow, prepare interbank and inter-company fund transfers and HDA withdrawals.
Print daily and monthly online bank statements.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team including filing and organizing documents.
Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Applicants must possess at least Certificate in Accounting or equivalent.
Applicants must have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in account assistant or related fields.
Applicants must have basic knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
Able to start work immediately or preferably within a short period of notice.
Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
Working Hour Mondays to Thursdays : 9.00am to 6.00pm
Fridays : 9.00am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays : 9.00am to 12.30pm
