Penerangan pekerjaanPossess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounts. Able to handle full set of accounts independently. Strong understanding of AR / AP, billing, payment or processing, and account reconciliation. Independent, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision. Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage day-to-day finance and admin tasks.

Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts (preferably with knowledge of UBS accounting system & e-invoicing).
- Review and reconcile accounts, invoice billings, process payments and receipts, AR and AP.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and documentations.
- Oversee the operations & finances while manager is absent.
