Job Responsibilities
1) Job grading structure development - To gather all relevant information and data related to job grading structure development.
2) Salary structure review
- Gather all relevant information and data related to job grading structure development
- Prepare the list of current staff in the organization and the related information to be included in the working template
- Extract the market data from the consultant and benchmark to the current
- Prepare relevant analysis related to the salary structure review
3) Annual Bonus and Salary Increment exercise
Gather all relevant informationPreparation of the working template and related analysisGenerate letters to staff on the bonus and increment4) Annual Promotion and Salary Adjustment Exercise
