Brand Manager
to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms like
Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop , and other leading online marketplaces. You'll be at the forefront of driving performance, optimizing operations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric brand strategies. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone ready to lead and innovate in a fast-paced, digitally native environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute eCommerce Strategies :
Drive sales growth by optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and conversion performance across key marketplaces. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Studio & Operations) to deliver seamless online brand experiences. Market & Consumer Insights :
Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor movements to inform brand strategies. Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor the commercial / eCommerce team to ensure effective execution and KPI achievement. Performance Reporting :
Track sales performance, identify growth levers, and report actionable insights to senior stakeholders Brand Profitability :
Monitor margins and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI and profitability. Operational Excellence :
Enhance systems, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency in online brand management. Stay Ahead of Trends :
Keep up with developments in the
Beauty, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare
sectors to maintain competitive edge. Ad-Hoc Initiatives :
Support other strategic or operational tasks to drive overall business goals. Requirements
Bachelors degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications
or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in brand management, with direct eCommerce experience in
Beauty, FMCG , or
Consumer Healthcare . Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic planning capabilities.
