Job Summary
Assist clients in booking hotel meeting and events space
Support sales team and as well as providing service directly to the clients
Roles & Responsibilities
Attend Walk in Enquiry, Telephone, Whatapps and Email from Potential clients
Secure leads on potential business and maximize hotel revenue
Assist Senior & Junior Sales team member in administrations assignment, RFPs, Group Resumes, Social Media Contents, Events Confirmation, Event Order, Contract, Exhibition & Operations as needed.
Tele-marketing on Potential clients on new accounts in order to expand the current databases
Establish & Update Database report to HODs on Hotel guest feedback & Discussion
Promote Food & Beverage outlet
Assisting HODs and Executive on Sales Visit or Site Inspection
Issues Group Resume for Group convention, VVIPs, VIPs & High Personnel prior to arrival
Follow up past function files for potential revenue / functions.
To perform additional duties as and when required by management
Qualification
Diploma's / Degree in related Field
A commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment
Knowledge & Skills
Computer knowledge - Microsoft Words & Excel & Opera
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent written communication skills
Willing to work extra hours as needed to get the work done
Experience
At least 1 years of relevant working experience
