Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and qualified accountant to join a dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing a team, and supporting key financial reporting and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly management reports, accounting reports, and financial analysis.
- Assist with the annual budget and quarterly forecast review process.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and supervise a team of Accounts Executives.
- Ensure all transactions and bookkeeping adhere to approved accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Lead and support projects rolled out by global and regional teams.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of total experience.At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.Hands-on experience in daily operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), month-end closing, and treasury.Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP.Experience in both audit and commercial finance environments is highly preferred.Benefits
