Requirements

• Education and Experience : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nursing and life science.
• Strong Communication Skills : Possesses excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and hospital staff.
• Customer Focus : Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Product Knowledge : Strong understanding of Zimmer Biomet's product portfolio and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Ethical Standards : Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Travel : Must be able to travel extensively if required, to meet customers and healthcare professional.
• Team Player : Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
