Manager Production

Penerangan pekerjaanOrganizing and participating in review meetings (production, design, contracts, planning) to support quick decisions Monitoring all production activities, including inventory management, order planning, maintenance, and process optimization Leading and coordinating the production team with regard to daily tasks, production progress, and resource utilization Responsibility for procuring production aids, PPE, and other operating resources Responsibility for personnel planning : shift planning, vacation approval, overtime regulations, and requesting production personnel Ensuring quality and product safety by minimizing internal and external errors (NCRs) and implementing training measures Ensuring safe, clean, and standardized working conditions in accordance with 5S and ISO specifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or manufacturing supervision, preferably in a structured industrial environment Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams, coordinate daily operations, and make timely decisions under pressure Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, maintenance coordination, and quality management (incl. NCR handling) Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and implementation of 5S and safety standards Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of ISO documentation requirements is an advantage Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and results-oriented working style Good command of English, both written and spoken; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
